STEP 1

Determine where you want to have the trampoline. Make sure that you do not place the trampoline too close to a hedge, fence, tree or plants. Allow a distance of 2 metres from other obstacles. A safe solution!

Mark the location on the ground with the tape measure provided with the trampoline. Observe the sizes in the instructions provided with the trampoline. You will then know exactly where your trampoline will be installed in the garden.

STEP 2
Are you happy with the place you have chosen for the trampoline? Then you can now start digging.

STEP 5
Place your BERG trampoline over the hole and it is ready for use! The BERG InGround trampoline has short legs that do not require to be sunk in the ground. The frame net is secured to the ground with a special anchor set (provided) to make the trampoline even safer. This way, nothing can fall under the trampoline and the air which is released during jumping can escape.

THE ADVANTAGES OF A BERG INGROUND TRAMPOLINE:

The unique design means that the hole underneath the trampoline does not need to be that deep. It will save you a lot of digging!

The short legs on this trampoline are not sunk into the ground and will therefore not easily rust. As a result, the life expectancy of your trampoline is much longer!

The InGround trampolines are provided with a frame net. This prevents animals and toys from getting under the trampoline. A safe solution!

Because this trampoline is much lower to the ground due to the shorter legs, it is more stable.

Thanks to the special design of the frame net, the displaced air can easily escape when jumping. This makes for very smooth jumping!

The unique design makes the trampoline easy to install. The trampoline also comes with handy instructions.

BERG InGround Trampolines come in various shapes, sizes, colours and price qualities. In short, there is always an InGround to suit your garden.

BERG Fun

Trampolining on a BERG is not only great fun, but it is also very healthy. No wonder that more and more adults are taking up trampolining. A trampoline is a good choice for young and old!

The BERG InGround trampolines are specially designed to be sunk into the ground.

The design takes the escape of airflow when jumping into account. But also that the short legs of the trampoline stay firmly on the ground. In addition, the legs have been given a zinc coating to give them a better life expectancy.

This is not the case with standard trampolines. That is why we do not recommend sinking a standard trampoline into the ground.

In most countries the limited amount of rainfall during the day will not cause problems with an InGround trampoline. The water will slowly seep into the ground. If you experience problems with water underneath the trampoline, you can always install a pipeline. This will drain off the water. It is recommended to involve a specialist and a gardener.

The BERG InGround Trampoline is largely hidden in your garden. However, the frame is installed above the ground. This ensures that a limited amount of digging is required. This trampoline is available with and without a Safety Net.

The BERG FlatGround Trampoline is completely integrated in your garden. This trampoline can be dug so deep into the ground that it is completely concealed and there are no longer any legs on top of the grass. This trampoline is not available with a Safety Net.

Before you can enjoy bouncing on one of our InGround or FlatGround trampolines a hole has to be dug in the garden. Weeds often grow fast in holes underneath trampolines and they will prevent you from making nice jumps.
To prevent weeds from growing underneath the trampoline, weed control (or anti-root) fabric can be placed in the hole. This fabric allows rainwater through but keeps the light out and therefore prevents roots from growing. This will considerably reduce the risk of weeds.

How does it work?

  • Weed control fabric can be bought at DIY stores, garden centres or online. The fabric is available in black or white. The black version is the best choice for preventing weeds.
  • When buying weed control fabric take the following into consideration: the heavier the fabric, the stronger it will be.
  • After you have bought the fabric it can be cut to size. If you place more than one piece of fabric in the hole it is advisable to allow it to overlap by at least 10 centimetres.
  • Once the fabric has been placed in the hole it can be fastened down by covering it with soil or stones.
